How to Clean a Stainless Steel Gas Stove

Panel: Wipe with neutral cleaner and soft cloth while still warm (not hot) after cooking, following the grain. For tough grease, soak with hot water + baking soda first, then use a nano-sponge.
Grates/burner caps: Soak weekly in hot water + dish soap, then scrub. Unclog burner holes with a toothpick. For heavy grease, "boil" grates in hot water for 5 minutes, then scrub while warm.

Do not use: Steel wool or strong acid/alkali cleaners — they damage the surface.

Gas Type Compatibility

Can natural gas and LPG be used interchangeably?

No — modifications are required for conversion between gas types.

Natural gas to LPG: Replace with a smaller nozzle and add a pressure regulator
