Frequently Asked Questions
How often should gas hoses be replaced?
We recommend replacing them every year and regularly inspecting them for signs of aging and cracks. Metal bellows are preferred for safety.
How do I clean greasy glass panels?
Use a soft cloth and neutral detergent, avoiding steel wool. If there's any salt water or soy sauce residue, wipe it off immediately to prevent corrosion.
What should I do if there's a gas leak?
Immediately turn off the main gas valve and open windows for ventilation. Do not light a fire, turn on or off any electrical appliances, or use your phone. Contact a qualified technician for repair.
