A:The indicator light circuit and the heating circuit are separate. This situation is mostly caused by the heating tube melting, the connection terminals between the heating plate and the circuit becoming loose or oxidized. It is recommended to turn off the power supply, then open the cover to check the terminals. If the heating tube is damaged, a component of the same specification needs to be replaced.
Q: Can the electric furnace be used continuously for a long time?
A:For household small electric stoves, it is recommended to use them continuously for no more than 2 hours. For large-power commercial electric stoves, please refer to the marked continuous working time in the manual. Prolonged use will accelerate the aging of the heating tubes and may also cause fire hazards due to excessively high temperatures. During use, it is necessary to stop the machine regularly to cool down.
Q: What should I do if the pot gets dry when using the electric stove?
