Meet ECOBRIDGE at the 140th Canton Fair: Gas Stoves & Ovens

Nieuwscentrum

If you are sourcing gas stoves or freestanding ovens for an import, distribution or private-label program, the 140th Canton Fair offers an opportunity to compare product directions in person and leave with a clearer supplier follow-up list. ECOBRIDGE's fair invitation places its gas stove and freestanding oven presentation in Hall 5.1, booths J09–J10, from October 15 to 19, 2026.

The Canton Fair's official schedule confirms that October 15–19 is Phase 1 of the 140th China Import and Export Fair. The event is held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Use the booth details in the ECOBRIDGE invitation image on this page when planning your visit.

The invitation is an illustrated overview of product categories. It does not identify individual display models, technical specifications, certification coverage, prices, minimum order quantities or delivery dates. Ask our team to confirm the exact configuration and documents for any product you want to evaluate.

How to make a useful sourcing meeting

A productive fair conversation starts with the product you need to sell in your market. Bring a short brief so the team can distinguish your requirements from a display sample and identify which details still require written confirmation.

1. Define the destination and sales channel

Tell us the destination country or territory, the intended sales channel and whether you are buying under your own brand or distributing an existing line. These inputs guide the discussion of product configuration, packaging language, documentation and market-specific evidence. A sample seen at a booth should not be assumed suitable for every destination.

2. Describe the product format you are comparing

For a gas stove, identify the tabletop or freestanding format, preferred burner count, cover or no cover, finish and any other feature essential to your range. For a freestanding oven, describe the size and configuration you are seeking without assuming that an illustrated unit on the invitation represents an available production specification. Photos or a target product brief help the team compare like with like.

3. Ask for a model-specific evidence pack

For each shortlisted product, request the current specification sheet, the exact model and variant code, product and packaging images, carton data, applicable test or conformity evidence for your destination, and the proposed sample approval process. If a field is missing, record it as pending rather than copying a value from a similar model. Our gas stove specification sheet guide explains how to control these fields before ordering.

4. Compare commercial offers on the same basis

When you request a quotation, name the market, configuration, branding, packaging and quantity basis. Ask what is included in the price and which terms need confirmation. A fair quote is useful only when the compared offers cover equivalent products and services. The quotation comparison guide provides a field-by-field worksheet for the follow-up.

A buyer's booth-meeting checklist

Bring or ask Why it matters Follow-up record
Destination market and channel Sets the scope for configuration and evidence review Market brief
Product format and target features Separates a visual preference from an orderable variant Model/variant shortlist
Branding and packaging needs Identifies artwork, manual and carton decisions early OEM brief
Expected order range and timing Allows a relevant quotation and capacity discussion RFQ inputs, with open points marked
Required documents for your market Prevents an unsupported compliance assumption Evidence request list
Next sample and approval step Turns a booth discussion into a controlled project Named owner and follow-up date

For private-label projects, you can also use our golden sample approval guide to define what must be signed off before mass production. Do not treat the fair invitation or a display sample as the final approved order specification.
